Heavy Hitter Creatine
Take 1 serving (2 capsules) per every 150 lbs of body weight 1 hour prior to training with 6-8 ounces of water. On non-training days take 1 serving (2 capsules) per every 150 lbs of body weight once daily with 6-8 ounces of water.
